D2Unite is here to make civic action easy.

We are not an association or non-profit, just a collection of concerned neighbors who care about District 2 and every neighborhood in San Francisco.

We care about issues that transcend ideology.

Safer Neighborhood Streets

How many times have you walked outside to see the aftermath of crime (shattered glass, upset tourists who have just lost everything) somewhere right by your home? Or been the victim of a crime yourself? We need to hold our leaders accountable for feeling safe in our own community.

An End to Open Air Drug Use and Dealing

We support arrest and prosecution for drug dealers, as well as increasing resources for addiction treatment services for those suffering from drug addiction.

Shelter, not Street Camping

We want to support city leaders and organizations that are working to end street camping in our District and throughout the City, including increased access to treatment and shelters contingent on sobriety.

Improved Mental Health Services

We support city efforts to provide solutions for those suffering from mental illness and mental health episodes on the street.

Strong and Effective City Leadership

When we talk about holding elected officials accountable, we mean ensuring that they are serving as solutions-oriented, agents of positive change in the community, not ineffective ideologues.

Thriving Business Corridors

Uplifting our small businesses to stay open and optimized is of the utmost importance to D2 Unite. As fellow entrepreneurs and business owners in the district, we’ve personally felt the impact of the pandemic and politics on our own pockets.
